When McVay was a little boy he hung out with his grandad who just so happened to be the GM to those Bill Walsh Niners. They had a WR who couldn't be stopped. Kid named Rice. They had Roger Craig. They had Joe Montana. Their #2 was Taylor. They had more talent than the D that lined up against them. Now McVay is 32. He has a #16 in Goff who looks like a young Montana. He had TG30 who is a modern Roger Craig. He has Woods who is like a Taylor. He has no Rice. OBJ is the best modern day impersonation if Jerry Rice, on the field, talent-wise. That's why McVay is going for it. And I'm with him. When you have an offense that cannot be stopped you know you're team is winning if a TD is needed that last drive. With terrific athletes running all over the place they'll be open and Goff will find them. When you can build a dynasty you build it.
