Gentleman is now playing the game. Yep they might well keep him, but I reckon he's first trying to gauge the level of interest while not totally burning the bridge between player and Team. Why would they say anything less than an outstanding offer would do it yet.
I'm not sold either way whats the bezt for the Rams. Elite WR if healthy, if draft comp not to high worth taking on the mega salary and potential headache....... probably.
