Well you have to give them credit for one thing. He would certainly understand arrogance. It drips off his words
That said, this type of stuff doesn't bother me. It's either going to work or it's not. There is certainly a risk with bringing in a bunch of new people with big egos.
From my standpoint, however, McVay is a student of coaching. He understands the risks and is willing to take them for the big reward
