If the team picking first is a QB needy team and there is a QB available that is considered a Franchise QB and worthy of being taken #1--

As they say, QB trumps All.....999 out of 1000 times an NFL team will pick the QB.

The importance of the position is that great and since Bradford's year it's gotten even greater....evidenced by the scramble to find one that goes on every year....and the fact that team know they have no chance unless you have one.

So there was never any real Suh vs Bradford debate except among fans. Once the Rams judged Bradford as being a potential Franchise QB, it was over.
