While I agree with your evaluation of results, I don't think Bradford ever had a good situation.
There are only a handful of Aaron Rodgers in the league that can make something out of nothing. I think given optimal circumstances that Bradford would be an excellent QB.
My guess is if Bradford was the Rams QB in 1999, that he be in the Hall Of Fame.
