Change rule where a fumble into the endzone goes to other team

That is the rule that should change. I like moving the ball back to the 20, but the team that had possession should keep it versus the other team getting the ball.

When you fumble the ball out of bounds the other team doesn't get the ball. As the rule stands now, anytime there is a fumble near the goal line, the defending team should try to knock it out of the endzone.
