There is already high expectation for Rams to go deep into playoffs, Suh or no Suh. And that’s not likely to change anytime soon, either. I love it.
The recent trades and extensions tell us that the Rams see a SB window here and are boldly moving forward. Make that very boldly.
I’m a glass half full kinda guy, everybody knows that. But I’m extremely bullish on the Rams this year.
I see them only 3 starting positions away from possibly the Promised Land. OLB, ILB, and NT. And Suh would fill one of those quite nicely.
We have $25-30 million in cap space, our entire draft, and last minute 2nd or 3rd tier FA’s to find those 3 starters plus some good depth.
This seems like child’s play for S&M compared to what they accomplished last offseason while simultaneously assembling their coaching staff and trying to figure out the strengths and weaknesses of the roster they inherited.
