I'm sure the Bills will offer both number one's, however, I don't see the Giants passing on Rosen, who I believe will be their pick as he's the most polished and offers the least bust appeal, IMHO. Josh Allen scares me to death, although I believe he will be the 3rd QB taken. You can't fix accuracy and Allen struggled with that at Wyoming and I understand he was throwing to underwhelming targets, but I remember Kyle Boller when he was with the Rams and countless passes into the Turf so unless my offensive staff and scouts felt that was not an issue, it would be a red flag for me.
