Snead himself has said they made those changes to create the D in Wade's image. He said a LB in Wade's system isn't nearly as important as CBs hence why they were comfortable trading AO.
They are gonna get Wade the players he wants. If Wade doesn't prioritize ILBs, they're not drafting one in the 1st round.
