Hoping we can sure up a few of those holes with lower priced free agents. Expecting a rookie WR or TE to come in and have an impact this year is a stretch. Kupp was the outlier.. LB's might be gotten in the draft and do ok as rookies.
We don't have a second round pick - lots of later round guys. It's asking a lot that we can plug in 6th rounders and not miss a beat.
Oh and O-line depth - what have we got? Most rookies are not ready.
If they don't lose Barron they need just one ILB, who might be on the roster.
If they sign Suh they must figure they have the 3 DL spots covered.
That leaves OLB.
I don't count WR and TE as huge needs this year. They can move the ball and score points with what they have.
I consider OL depth to be the bigger issue.
