Play action has always been the tool to freeze LB.s and safeties, but RPO creates opportunities for blockers deeper in defense. Its too bad that Goff doesn't have that in his abilities and obviously never will. Only to pull out of basket of RB, and pass pass 2nd level but no real threat to keep LBs in.
