I have a feeling he's basically been blackballed for his activism, so the Rams likely could sign him to a team-friendly contract, add incentives so he could earn more, etc.

He has had some injuries, but I'm having trouble finding any available free agents who haven't. Is there really such a thing as a "clean" NFL player after even a coupla years? At least if he's been a starter . . .
