I was definitely Ok with moving on from TA, but okay with keeping him, I guess.
5M was lost anyway.
Keeping him for another 3M? I was on the fence but ultimately leaning against it.
Now, after restructure, keeping him for only 1 or 2 M?

Will be curious to see if it’s a 1M hit or a 2M hit or a 3 M hit based on how “likely” the incentives are.
TA has talent, and he was a team player.
Wonder if the restructuring makes him trade bait, or does this truly mean he’s staying?
