I bet McVay sees Everett as a breakout player next season too.

But I don't think having one TE is enough for him. Higbee wasn't drafted by him and he hasn't shown himself to be anything more than a jag.

In my 2018 off season plan, I predicted the Rams pursue a vet free agent TE.

Well, rumor has it that they may be pursuing Trey Burton.
