NFLNW says he wanted to go to a place where he would be the focus
And that was not the Rams. McVay likes to spread the ball around which makes it harder for Defenses to "take out" your best WR. I still am not convinced all the issues with him being "overlooked" when he was open was on Goff. Could it be Sammy might have been open but was running the wrong route or breaking at the wrong depth, etc? I wasn't impressed with his ability to adjust to the long ball either. Was he a little more "upset" by not being the "focus" during the season than we could tell? It did seem (to me) that he gave up on some plays last year.
Now let's go get Richardson and a good pass catching TE to make up for those 8 TD's.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
