As for your 7 M, that has to also cover most of the following: Sullivan, Robey-Coleman, Longacre, Williams, and Brown. Maybe Walker, maybe Cody Davis. Plus the practice squad. Plus 2 M teams usually set aside for street FAs to cover injuries during the season.
