At least thats my opinion.
The guys on NFL network said during the combine Landry was getting everything from a 1st to 3rd round grade. So who knows. I've seen Kolton Miller from a 1st to a 3rd. Armstrong is mainly in the 2nd. i've had him as a 2nd all season I think.
I really like a trade back as long as they can still get Armstrong IMO. I really liked a CB in the 1st, but No Chains, No Sockz and Shields probably nullifies a CB in the 1st now.
I'm personally down to: (1st round only)
3 DTs (Vea, Payne and Bryan)
3 ILB (Vander Esch, Ro. Smith, Evans)
3 Edge (Davenport, Landry, Key)
3 OGs (Nelson, Wynn, Hernandez)
2 OCs (Price, Daniels)
2 OTs (McGlinchy, Miller)
So that is 16 players that I have a 1st round grade on that match what the Rams are looking for IMO. Of those 16, if the Rams at 23, 7 should be gone.
Vea - gone
Davenport - gone
Ro. Smith - gone (unless his medical red flag is serious)
Vanser Esch - I think he is gone
Nelson - long gone
McGlinchy - it'll be close, but he is gone
Payne - again, close, but should be gone
Price - his pec injury probably slides him into the 2nd.
Roquan Smith - his combine med red flag might push him down some. Who knows where
So legit candidates for the Rams:
Taven Bryan DT - Florida
Harold Landry - Edge - BC
Arden Key - Edge - LSU
Kolton Miller - OT - UCLA
Isaiah Wynn - OG - Georgia
Will Hernandez -OG - UTEP
James Daniels - OC - Iowa
Rashaad Evans - ILB - Alabama
