Top 5
1) Harold Landry ... smooth movement skills, 4.6 40 ... burst, bend and flatten to the QB. I think he's probably a better overall player than Vic Beasley was coming out but the higher profile athletes are marginalizing his ability. I was hoping he wouldn't come out last year so we'd have a shot at him this year. Backup plan: Lorenzo Carter
We may even be able to trade down here and still get him or Carter or Key.
I also had Landry in my 2.0 yesterday. The Rams have literally no one that can get to the QB outside of AD. He or Key or Armstrong make too much sense.
3) Tim Settle NT. Rough combine will have him slide. Great. He's a nose tackle. I need him to "not move" better than he "moves."
In my late night revision I changed out my third rounder to Settle, I meant to put him in the 4th so again, we both have Settle, you just have him a round sooner then I do. I worry about his weight and his balance. Flipper loves him.
4) Will Clapp OC. Center and OG that can backup a year if needed.
My other 4th rounder was Sean Welsh. So we both went with G/C combos.
4) Micah Kiser ILB ... signal caller and "heart of the defense" kinda guy that should go higher ... but the position has a lot of talent this year.
I like Kiser, but I had Jewell in the 3rd. Just a tad more athletic and a bit headier. I had Kiser in my others I would like to draft list.
5) Jaylen Samuels RB ... I take him or his teammate Hines here ... pass catching RBs. Honestly Samuels should go in the 2nd, but teams would have to have a crazy offensive minded coach willing to create miss matches with him and do double RB backfield stuff for him ...
No 5th rounder due to the trade for No Chainz.
Dart Board My guess is that these will be used to get picks in 19' or to move up in this draft ... but since they're here, I'll use them.
6) Durham Smythe TE ... bad combine, high talent at the position, he slides.
We both picked Smythe in the 6th round, even though I didn't type in his name, i had TE ND...lol. 6th seems right for him.
6) Joe Noteboom DT Kinda pedestrian but could be a decent RT and finish the game at OLT in a pinch.
I had Brandon Parker, so we both took development types. I like Notebloom. Not sure either of our guys make the 6th round.
6) Travon Young rOLB This guy gets no love, no idea why.
His issue is he hasn't recovered from his hip injury. May I recommend Kylie Fitts?
6) Godwin Iqwebuike S Liked him for years, tested better than I thought.
He's too good to last until the 6th, right? Josh Kalu is a CB convert from Neb. that could learn behind JJ3 and Joyner.
6) Daurice Fountain WR Put on a show at the East West game and got no combine invite.
Love this kid. Lots of decent latter round WR talent.
I'll wait to pick up CBs and more DTs in UDFA to fill our final roster spot or compete for the practice squad.

Also, when it comes to ILB, TE, OC and NT .. I have backup plans in Jason Cabinda ILB, Ryan Izzo, Khalil Mckenzie NT, and Brian Allen OC
I really like Cabinda and think he is under rated, that said, MLBers with limited pass defense skills slide.
What round do you think Troy Apke goes? I had him undrafted priority FA, but now I'm not so sure.
Do you like Tony Brown from Alabama and what round is he gonna go in? I have him in the 4th now.
I have Kolton Miller as my #2 OT, am I nuts?
Do we know any more on Frank Ragnow's injury?
