They are almost literally the same player testing wise. They also both have(had) excellent first steps. Both played a 4-3 defensive end with their hand in the dirt. Ray was drafted 23rd overall, the Rams draft 23rd overall. Phillips was the DC when the Broncos drafted Ray as well.
