Kyle Fuller (got transition tagged so Bears could match)

Butler
TruJ
Ross Cockrell (budget signing similar to Webster last year)
Talib (trade target only b/c he's played for Wade. I don't like the idea of him with Peters)
Now that they've shed two long term contracts, I suspect they could fit a premium free agent into the budget if it was an ideal fit in Wade's scheme.
They're just not willing to overpay for none ideal fits.
