My guess is they will do all they can to trade out of #23 and have another top 70-75 pick. And then also package a couple of those 6ths to move up later for someone they're targeting.

an early #2 is as good as a late #1...sometimes there are levels and gaps, so, if say the #40 has a grade similar to the #23, by all means trade down.
