1) If I were another team, I would be very, very wary of negotiating with Snead. Especially if I were negotiating from other than a position of strength. Another poster on another board suggested that the Rams should have thrown in a rape whistle to the Chiefs in this deal.
2) On paper, this is a better deal than the Watkins trade. Peters is elite while Watkins wasn’t. And Watkins cost us a high 2nd plus Gaines while Peters cost us chump change PLUS saves us millions vs TruJo.
3) Won’t it be nice not reading about how much TruJo wants to be overpaid for a 3rd year in a row? Lol.
