I wouldn't do that unless every guy that they like is gone. The Rams are not rebuilding. They need to maximize their chances of hitting.

Maximizing your chances of hitting has been proven to be statistically higher when you have more picks. Snead likes numbers. That's probably one reason why he's traded down many times.
