How about they need to quit effin around and take a QB at 1 overall. Then take BPA at 4 overall. More picks doesn't help bad teams. They have a new GM however, who thankfully for Browns fans is no Sashi Brown and will probably get it right.

I can see this rationale but I can see why the pieces may not fit too. Jackson HAS to be on a short leash and Haley has never been a long term answer at OC/HC. I can easily see how the Browns might be in "win now" mode and use their draft picks in ways other than QB.

Nowadays, it isn't always a building year with a rookie QB so it's very difficult to know what they might do. I actually like the idea of signing a pro-bowl caliber QB and taking the two best non-QB's in the draft. It's a rare opportunity to have the draft pick and money to comfortably do that sort of thing.
