How many te's over the last 10 years have come in and made a significant impact in their first year?

Well gosh Zach Ertz is in his 5th season and didn't really breakout until his 3rd season.
Gronk is a physical once in a lifetime specimen. He's a 1st ballot HOF player.
As I've said before it took Reed in Washington 3 seasons to really become a major force in the league.
Why is everyone so convinced that we need a better te now than Everette??He's played one season at a position that historically takes time to transition.
Far to many other needs on this team to worry about the te position.
I would be VERY surprised to see the Rams draft there.
