Here’s Malibu...
Here are 4 things that I believe is necessary for Rams to compete at the high level next year based on what I saw from the Superbowl.
1. McVay must put his foot on the gas no matter who the team or top rated D we play next year. I felt last year he tended to play more conservative against better D's. We don't need to to we out run them like Warner and Martz did.
2. We need a better TE not convinced on how good our TEs are. Both TEs played a major role in the Superbowl. Not to mention adding a great TE it increases our weopons and PpG and gives Goff a safety net.
3. This is the hardest to achieve and I don't how we do this, but IMO weneed to upgrade the OLine. Philly had all day to throw same with Brady. Very few hurries and getting either QB off their intended spot. I am not convinced about the right side of our line better Defenses made it tough for us.
4. Lastly improve the pass rush by getting a true NT like a Vea in the draft or a FA. Helps solve the run D and more importantly Donald will not see double and triple teams. A better pass rush helps the DBs out gives us a stronger edge rush.
The Rams are right there and with focusing on these things we can be in the Superbowl next year.
