Fisher has a big issue with his approach to offense. Maybe the worst HC ever in terms of understanding offensive football.
Never understand why he did not bring in somebody that not only was a renown offensive coordinator, but also allowed them to bring in some of their guys...McVay for example, defensive line coach Bill Johnson is Wade's guy and who he wanted, that is what good Head Coaches do. In Tennessee, it seemed Fisher was more open hiring the likes of Mike Heimerdinger & Norm Chow. Chow had not been an NFL Coordinator, however, was a renown college OC so it made sense, in St. Louis and then L.A., nothing!
