Drafting Brain Quick over Alshon Jeffrey, hiring Brian Schottenheimer over Hue Jackson then hiring the likes of Frank Cignetti & Rob Boras, who had never been NFL Coordinators, just amazing. IMO because of all this, there is no way he will be a Head Coach at the NFL level again unless he takes a DC job and becomes an interim Head Coach like Spagnuolo. It was just one mistake after another.
