If they don't tag him SF, Dallas, at least will offer him top five money, SF because they have a lot of cap space, plus it hurts the Rams, while Dallas would have to dump players but you know JJ, he likes to make a splash.
All it takes is one team willing to give him the big offer then ,bye bye.
