I believe this was announced 2 or 3 years ago when Rams stated they were coming back and using The Colosseum.......and I think the $220 million to renovate was going to be mainly from funds from the Rams " rental "

I think your best bet is to tell them you want first choice on any lower seats that open up after season seat renewals are finalized
