Yeah it is USC.... it is what happens when you are playing in a temporary facility run by a university.
It sucks, but it is not like the Rams are the ones to blame. I am pretty sure there will be enough similar seats to chose from on the visitor side. Unfortunately those are on the sunny side. It can get pretty warm over there.
