He;s the same streaky guy he always was. This year for example, he had 1 regular season start where his qb rating was above 100, and then 2 games where his avg. qb rating was 34.3. In those 2 games combined he completed 23 of 49 passes with 1 TD and 2 INTs and a 4.1 YPA.
In 2015, once Foles got benched after his classic meltdown, Keenum did just fine with the same personnel and same offense.
NF is actually a worse qb than Dilfer, IMO.
