It is simply amazing what the Pats are doing under the salary cap and FA. To win the way they have without having an overwhelming preponderance of talent tells me that they are playing a difference game than everyone else.

Belichick has created a culture of "accountability and perfection". He expects/demands his players to show up in shape, mentally prepared and to have no complacency/job security. You either produce or you don't play, it's that simple. They have a very professional approach to the game and it shows at all levels. Brady is a great QB, but I also believe he pushes himself because of the culture the organization has created.
