No argument from me.
I personally don't care much if he wins COTY. I'm pretty content to have a coach that seems to be very good and is in contention for that award.
Slight argument on the Jags though (I know I said I have none but just thought of one...)
Yeah, they were 3-13 last year but they were also the biggest spenders in FA. They had the largest influx of top and established talent in the league. Much more than the Rams.
The HC of course has to put it all together but when considering turnarounds that's a factor IMO.
