He is not ready for a HC position. Listen to his interviews, its like listening to a 6th grader who is forced to speak to the entire school for the first time. he needs a few years of refinement yet. If the Titans or anyone else make this move, they will destroy both their and his chances to succeed. I am betting his interview is basically to see if he might be the next McVay. I do not believe so, at least not yet.
