A bad hire at this time...IMO.
How did LaFluer lead this team? McVay controlled Goff...Our other coaches Phillips and Fassel - 100% controlled the D and special teams. In one year this guy knows how to run the show?
I think not. More seasoning required.
I would rank this hire with a Boras hiring...just set up for failure.
