That's gotta be what they're looking for. Mariota hasn't really developed into a better QB and the offense isn't really designed for a man of his talents.
He may never develop into a top 10 passer, but he should have an offense that is geared for him to be top 10 in total yards. Right now, it revolves around the RB's.
