They are too little too late apparently for McDaniels, who appears to be headed to Indianapolis, IMO, the Titans might have overplayed their hand...Who will they hire? Maybe John DeFilippo, but the GM Jon Robinson will be under fire if this blows up in their face.
If Luck has a chronic shoulder problem, then that Colts job looks like crap. And Irsay is not the most stable owner.
The Titans have a lot more talent than the Colts. All they need is a good QB developer to work with Mariota.
