I think McVay is a great coach. He took multiple players and made them play much better. Very much Martz like in that regard. He completely improved one of the worst offenses in NFL history and made them a top tier offense.
That does not make him perfect though, just great.
He is horrific with hurry up offense late game preparation and he made a mistake sitting his players that last week, losing a competitive edge.
