The top ten teams in the redzone, according to this stat --Team Red Zone Scoring Percentage (TD only) -- are:

1 Philadelphia
2 Jacksonville
3 Green Bay
4 Chicago
5 New Orleans
6 New England
7 Dallas
8 Oakland
9 Minnesota
10 Baltimore

Do they all have the kind of TE you describe?
