Dallas is one of the hottest markets in the US. There is a housing shortage. My son just had 15+ viewings in 3 days and an offer of 10% over the asking price.

Philips would have zero problem selling his home unless he is asking an unreasonable amount. Philips is paying ZERO state taxes. And the economy here is rockin'.

So...who knows the truth.
