The key here is going to be compatibility.
The QB coach needs to seamlessly fit right into what the Rams do on offense, and hold the same philosophy of QB mechanics and decision making that Goff has been currently coached to do.

LaFleur and McVay will no doubt have some guys in mind. The minute the word came out that Gruden was going to the Raiders they knew Olsen was a likely goner.
