Good topic - I have confidence is Sean McVay

I am not too worried about it - McVay - as he himself said is a "fan of coaching" and the way he essentially references half of the coaching staff of the other team during his weekly press conferences leads me to believe he has big connections and knows exactly who he wants.

Given the staff he assembled already, it will be someone good and well qualified.
