lol man its just so plainly clear
If we are seeing the same things next season as we have this year then yes by all means...then you start saying ok...whats up? Then you say its year 3...he should be pulling the trigger or he should be comfortable making this throw or that throw.
He needs seasoning and confidence...that comes with playing and success.
The Rams offense just made one of the most remarkable turnarounds we have ever seen from one year to the next
This QB threw 28TDs and 7ints while completing 62% of his passes for over 3,800 yards. It did that while the Rams struggled in the redzone something McVay brought with him from the Skins
He missed a lot of throws, he made some too, He missed a ton of reads, and he didn't pull the trigger on some passes that he should have
Just normal maturation... just standard mental and physical maturation from Goff and what can he be? Just normal development of a TE option and another year for Woods, Kupp, Gurley and yes Watkins in the offense
We have been waiting for years to see this kind of production and growth. I mean... we have seen bad QBing
I think its too bad that even when the Rams do well... you still have the agenda stuff...that's what I don't like about the board. The need to be right overrides everything else. Goff is not great right now ... he isn't...but he has shown enough this year for every single Ram fan to be encouraged about what the future holds and the potential of this team and that QB within this system.
