How does the play of back ups have anything to do with starters?

We ALL know the Rams have almost ZERO depth anyway. Besides, I bet there is not one coach that is NOT concerned about players being up and ready for a game. Like I said in another post, I doubt the starters spent their time that week playing XBOX. They just showed up flat the other night against a pretty darn good team that was right on their game. Beating the Niners would not have changed that. It just happens.
