Mcvay is a great young coach and he used the talent he had to the best of his abilities. He had essentially a rookie QB with little confidence and experience. He brought in a system and made the Rams the #1 scoring offense in the NFL. Worst to 1st! That is remarkable for one year. They will only get better as he opens up the playbook and finds and drafts players that fit his scheme.
