Might take some incentive in the form of dollar bills, but Cleveland has a good bit of cap space and the ability to splash around a bit in the offseason. Not that they'll make the right decision of course, but were it me I'd take an extra say, $500k/year to go play for Cleveland. Who knows, maybe this will be their year?
