And IMHO the Rams have that in place with McVay and Goff.

Learning curves for both are ahead. McVay already needs to understand how to stick with the run game in tight spots.
Goff made huge strides this year, the counter punches from the opposition will be interesting to see next year. And what happens if Gurley is ever injured for long periods of time, can JG carry the team with no explosive run plays and the outstanding screen game TG brings?
