Watkins will be a Ram.......Period. I am sure the bean counters are busy as we speak.
Rams gain 3 M by cutting/trading Tavon. They still have 5 M against the cap on him if he goes. So, you can't swap out Tavon's deal for a Watkins deal in terms of cap space.
But. Rams are fine against the cap in 2018 and beyond, so they can afford to sign Donald, Joyner, and Watkins. That's with or without dumping Tavon.

Yep. I expect those 3 to get signed. Only question is TruJ. Not sure if they keep him. Probably not. Barron is probably gone too.
