Well stats and the fact that he dropped an absolute dime in the most clutch throw of his career to Help win the biggest game this team has played in 14 years, I can excuse a few bad throws along the way.... wouldn't exactly say he was off yesterday considering it was one of his best days as a pro. Who really cares that he got some help on a 80 yard screen play? All QB's get help from their playmakers and play callers. Doesn't change anything.
Yes, all QBs get help for playmakers. But the point is some people watch beyond the stats. And if you don't want to, fine. The point is it;s not about "excusing a few bad throws". It's about acknowledging them. Admitting they exist.
Everyone forgives a few bad throws but we don;t attack those who dare to mention them.
